When you use the site, questionnaire, My Garage, or email us, we may process identity and contact details, questionnaire answers, deal and vehicle preferences, uploaded identity and vehicle documents, messages, payment metadata (via Stripe), and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
We use personal data to answer inquiries, deliver paid services, run My Garage, review documents (including assisted OCR with human review), communicate about your deal, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Identity and registration documents are treated as sensitive operational data: access is limited to staff who need them for your deal, stored with access controls, and not used for unrelated marketing.
